Job Overview:
Integral Engineers and Project Managers (IEPM) is a multi-disciplined engineering and design firm specializing in mechanical, electrical, and industrial projects. Duties and Responsibilities:
Design mechanical systems, including but not limited to Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Firefighting, and other piping-related services. Prepare mechanical bills of engineering quantities and specification documents. Lead and supervise the implementation of mechanical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, installation methods, and safety regulations. Provide technical leadership by addressing installation-related queries and reviewing contractor submissions to ensure materials meet approval standards. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Attend project meetings, conduct site inspections, and verify adherence to mechanical design specifications. Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with contract agreements.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering. COREN certification is mandatory. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and mechanical simulation software. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and oversee projects. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
