Job Overview:
The Foundational Learning Lead will drive the design and delivery of ONE Academy's flagship learning module, focusing on creating high-quality learning materials and ensuring instructional quality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Define learning architecture, develop learning materials, guide quality assurance, align partner inputs, and ensure pedagogical soundness.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education or related field, 5+ years in curriculum design, experience with youth learning experiences, and expertise in evidence-based pedagogy.
Educational Background:
Master's degree (or higher) in Education, Curriculum Design, Pedagogy, or related field.
Experience:
5+ years' experience in foundational learning and curriculum and instructional design.
Languages:
Proficiency in English and French (Compulsory).
Additional Notes:
Experience in Kenya and/or Senegal preferred; familiarity with multilingual education environments is a plus.
