Job Overview: The Digital Media & Branding Executive is responsible for executing all approved digital content, visuals, and daily online presence activities. This role is execution-focused, ensuring the brand is visually consistent, professionally represented, and actively visible across all platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities: Digital Content Creation: Design high-quality social media posts, banners, and flyers; create and edit videos, reels, and short-form content; capture product photos and videos from warehouse, installations, exhibitions, and client sites; maintain a clean, premium, and professional visual standard. Social Media Execution & Daily Presence: Execute approved content calendars accurately and on time; schedule and publish content across assigned platforms; manage daily stories, highlights, comments, and direct messages; respond professionally and route sales-related enquiries to Client Service immediately. Brand Consistency & Asset Management: Strictly follow approved brand colors, fonts, and visual guidelines; ensure no content is published without alignment to brand standards; maintain organized digital asset libraries and archives. Campaign & Marketing Support: Produce creative assets for active campaigns; make content revisions based on performance feedback; support offline branding needs such as banners, brochures, roll-ups, and exhibition materials. Learning & Continuous Improvement: Improve skills in design, video editing, and content storytelling; adapt content based on engagement data and audience response.
