Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and user-focused Product Designer (UI/UX) to create intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into seamless digital solutions across web and mobile platforms, ensuring optimal user satisfaction and product performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI interfaces. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product features and requirements. Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across all digital platforms. Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback and data insights. Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive user experiences. Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement of digital products and customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 3–6 years’ experience in UI/UX or product design roles. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and design systems. Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is an added advantage.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience:
3–6 years’ experience in UI/UX or product design roles.
Languages:
