Job Overview: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive property sales, and expand the company’s client base.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets, lead, train, and supervise the sales team to improve performance, set individual and team sales goals and monitor progress, identify new business opportunities and potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and partners, oversee property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations, ensure proper documentation and compliance with real estate regulations, analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies, prepare sales reports and forecasts for management, collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and campaigns.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field, proven experience in real estate sales (typically 3–7+ years), strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of the local real estate market, ability to meet and exceed sales targets, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales (typically 3–7+ years)
