Job Overview:
Droomwork is building Africa’s first API-first, AI-native Work Infrastructure Layer — an operating system that powers sourcing, identity, vetting, compliance, matching, workforce monitoring, payroll, and labor intelligence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will serve as the Founding Product Lead responsible for turning Droomwork’s 12-product vertical into a unified, scalable infrastructure. This includes building product architecture, leading product research, API design, and ensuring cross-product interoperability.
Required Qualifications:
Experience building API-first or infrastructure products, strong backend knowledge, experience with authentication systems, ability to write PRDs and specs, familiarity with AI/ML, strong analytical and systems thinking.
