Direct Sales Representative - Basic and Commission Based

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifying and acquiring potential clients, promoting the bank's financial products, meeting sales targets, conducting sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with team members and participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques are key parts of this role.

Required Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with prospects and clients. Ability to cross sell the bank’s financial products. Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to effectively participate in training programs to enhance sales proficiency. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Educational Background:
O’level, OND, HND, Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience:
Experience in sales and meeting targets is preferred.

Fixed Basic salary of N100,000 plus a commission of 2% tied to every deposit mobilized.
