Job Overview: The Paper Packaging Company (TPPC) is a leader in sustainable packaging solutions, committed to reducing the environmental impact of single-use plastics. TPPC develops eco-friendly paper-based products for food and beverage packaging.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships, identifying customer needs to recommend appropriate packaging solutions, preparing sales proposals, negotiating deals, meeting sales targets, and maintaining detailed client records.
Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation, strong Customer Relationship Management skills, excellent Communication and Presentation skills, Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities, familiarity with CRM Software and Sales Reporting Tools, proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Experience in sustainable packaging, environmental advocacy, or related industries is a plus.
