Job Overview: We are currently recruiting for a partner organization seeking an experienced and results-driven Events & Field Marketing Specialist (B2B Focus). This is not a traditional 'events for visibility' role. We are looking for someone who understands how to transform physical engagement into measurable business pipeline — from conversations and activations to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and execute field marketing campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads; Coordinate industry events, ecosystem activations, and executive roundtables; Drive targeted engagement with decision-makers across fintechs, cooperatives, platforms, employers, and related sectors; Convert in-person interactions into structured pipeline and business opportunities; Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign execution and post-event conversion tracking.
Required Qualifications: 3–5 years experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or events; Strong understanding of lead generation and pipeline conversion; Experience engaging business stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers; Excellent project execution and coordination skills; Familiarity with CRM and campaign management tools.
