Security Associate

Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Security Associate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all staff, volunteers, and visitors. Key functions include regular patrols of the museum and grounds, enforcement of established rules and regulations, surveillance and monitoring, providing assistance to visitors and employees, reporting and responding to potential hazards and suspicious activities, and responding to emergency situations.

Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of customer service principles, sound judgment, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in documenting incident details, ability to build positive working relationships, adaptability in learning various computer applications, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Background:
