Duties and Responsibilities: The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services to prospective clients. Core responsibilities include identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves conducting customer needs assessments, presenting tailored banking solutions, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the bank’s offerings.
Required Qualifications: Ability to cross-sell the bank’s financial products and meet sales targets. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly. Basic financial knowledge and understanding of sales strategies to achieve targets and offer sound financial advice. Result-driven mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a structured, on-site environment. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals. Prior experience in sales, banking, or a related field is highly advantageous.
Educational Background: A minimum qualification of O'level, OND, HND, and BSC.

Additional Notes: Fixed Basic salary of N100,000 plus a commission of 2% tied to every deposit mobilized.
