Job Description
Job Overview:
The director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Deputy Director of Programs (DDP) is a member of the senior management team responsible for leading and managing the program Technical teams/sector, Grant management and M&E teams in the Country Program. The DDP will contribute to high levels of teamwork and inter-departmental collaboration, ensuring the development and implementation of high-quality programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Adhere to IRC Way and global HR policies; support security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security management; contribute to management platforms; champion the Nigeria Strategic Action Plan; ensure high-quality design" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">program design; lead business development and grant management; represent IRC with stakeholders; ensure HR support for programs.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of seven years of international experience, including at least two years managing emergencies, post-conflict, and/or development programs; demonstrated experience in program design and delivery; proven capacity in staff management; excellent communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluency in English.
