Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain accurate, up-to-date accounting records in line with applicable standards; Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; Ensure timely and accurate financial closing processes; Monitor financial performance and highlight variances; Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts; Track budget performance and provide variance analysis; Support strategic planning through financial modeling; Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure liquidity; Optimize working capital and financial resources; Oversee banking operations and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions; Ensure full compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements; Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors; Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies; Provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making; Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements; Support investment decisions and financial structuring; Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, auditors, and banking partners; Serve as the primary finance contact for external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s or professional certification is a plus); 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles; Mandatory experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services; Fluent in English (written and spoken); Management Experience: Not required, but leadership potential is highly valued.
