Job Overview: Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive growth across training and migration services.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for international education, professional training, and migration opportunities; Generate leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives; Promote the company’s services; Build and maintain strategic partnerships; Conduct presentations, seminars, and information sessions; Manage the full sales cycle; Follow up on inquiries; Meet and exceed sales targets; Track and report business development activities; Collaborate with business unit heads; Represent the company at events.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field; Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or education/migration consultancy; Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills; Knowledge of international education systems or migration processes is an added advantage.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or education/migration consultancy
Languages: English
Additional Notes: This is a primarily field-based role focused on external outreach, client acquisition, and partnership development. Performance-based incentives and commission structure apply.
