Urban Landscape Architect / Landscape Design Specialist
Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Urban Landscape Architect / Landscape Design Specialist to join projects focused on urban environments, public spaces, residential developments, and landscape planning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop landscape architecture and urban design concepts, prepare landscape layouts, site plans, and design documentation, work on public spaces, residential areas, green zones, parks, and urban environments, create presentation materials, visual concepts, and project proposals, coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders, support technical documentation preparation for project execution, participate in project planning, design reviews, and revisions, ensure projects meet aesthetic, functional, and practical requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field, experience in urban landscape or exterior environment projects, strong portfolio demonstrating completed or conceptual projects, good understanding of spatial planning and landscape composition, ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings, experience working with design and visualization software, strong attention to detail and design aesthetics, good communication and collaboration skills, English communication skills are considered an advantage.
Educational Background:
Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
Experience:
Experience in urban landscape or exterior environment projects, strong portfolio demonstrating completed or conceptual projects.
Languages:
English communication skills are considered an advantage.
Additional Notes:
We are open regarding the software stack, but experience with some of the following is considered a plus: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, 3D visualization tools. For this role, portfolio quality and previous project experience are considered more important than specific software requirements.
