Job Overview: We are looking for a client-focused professional to drive sales of healthcare Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and support services. You will build strong client relationships, promote maintenance and technical solutions, and deliver tailored services that address customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and build strong relationships with new and existing clients. Drive sales of healthcare-related Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and post-installation support services. Promote maintenance contracts, technical services, and long-term support solutions. Plan and execute site visits to assess customer needs. Deliver solutions that solve customers' problems—not just a sales pitch.
Required Qualifications: A degree in Engineering, Marketing, Economics or any related field. At least 2 years of experience selling SLAs or technical support services (experience in the medical technology or capital equipment industry is an added advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong technical acumen and ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into solutions.
