Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, develop HR policies, and provide guidance on performance management. Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and implement strategies to enhance team engagement and development.
Required Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes. Experience in developing and enforcing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Proven ability to manage performance evaluation, employee training, and development initiatives. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in human resource management software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus.
