Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating schedules, streamlining processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties encompass administrative support, liaising with clients to resolve issues, and optimizing workflow efficiency to meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Strong Operations Management and Administrative Assistance skills to oversee daily processes effectively. Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build strong client relationships and address inquiries efficiently. Well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement. Solid organizational and time-management capabilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using logistics management software and familiarity with supply chain processes.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
