Job Description
Job Overview:
The QA/QC Lead is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining QFM LTD's Quality Management System (QMS) and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, document, and implement QMS and OHSMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirement; Serve as the primary liaison with external certification bodies; Plan, schedule, and execute internal audits; Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions; Maintain and update the company's Quality Manual and HSE Manual; Ensure operations align with NUPRC permit requirements; Develop quality plans and ITPs for projects; Train operational staff on quality procedures and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related Science discipline; Minimum of 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry; ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certificate; Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or related Science discipline
Experience:
Minimum of 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry (upstream or midstream)
Languages:
Strong written and verbal English
Additional Notes:
ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is desirable; Familiarity with industrial cleaning, tank cleaning, or maintenance services in oil & gas.
