Job Overview:
LUC Hub & Academy is a pioneering digital ecosystem engineered to bridge the gap between human talent and global opportunity. We are building the infrastructure for the next generation of scholars, creators, and tech leaders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the digital rollout and operational management of the LUC Hub Genesis Cycle. Build and manage relationships with key strategic partners and community stakeholders via digital channels. Plan and facilitate high-impact virtual workshops, innovation sessions, and capacity-building tracks. Monitor program KPIs using digital project management tools and provide data-driven progress reports to the founding team. Actively engage with high-potential innovators and builders across digital platforms to ensure the program scales effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in coordinating complex programs or teams in a fully remote or distributed environment. Exceptional facilitation, collaboration, and writing skills, with proficiency in async communication tools (Slack, Discord, Notion, etc.). Expert-level background in project management, digital event logistics, and virtual community engagement. Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate dynamic challenges independently. Familiarity with international standards of tech-driven capacity building and merit-based systems.
Educational Background:
Degree in Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in roles involving merit-based rewards, talent acceleration, or virtual training facilitation.
Languages:
English
