Job Overview: Administer and co-ordinate the MTNN formal meetings and support the Deputy Company Secretary with corporate governance compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities: File and retrieve documents, maintain confidentiality, provide statistical data, support shareholder relations, ensure compliance with mandates, provide secretarial services, draft minutes, coordinate Board calendar, and attend meetings.
Required Qualifications: LLB, BA Law or equivalent qualification; First degree in any relevant discipline; Fluent in English.
Educational Background: LLB, BA Law or equivalent qualification; First degree in any relevant discipline.
Experience: 6-13 years’ experience including a minimum of 3 years in an area of specialization; experience in supervising/managing others; experience in a medium to large organization.
Languages: Fluent in English
Additional Notes: Knowledge of Nigerian telecommunications, investment and financial environment will be an advantage; Commercial/technical and/or further legal qualification will be an advantage.
