Duties and Responsibilities: The Student Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for attracting and recruiting potential students. Responsibilities include designing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring events, and facilitating training sessions. Additionally, the role involves building strong communication channels with prospective students and providing them with guidance on academic programs.
Required Qualifications: Experience in Recruiting and Hiring, including the ability to attract and identify qualified candidates effectively. Strong Interviewing and Training skills to evaluate candidates and ensure smooth onboarding processes. Exceptional Communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and provide clear and informative guidance. Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage recruitment events and administrative tasks efficiently.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related area.
Experience: Experience in the education industry or student recruitment is an advantage.
Languages: Proficiency in using recruitment software and digital tools is a plus.
Additional Notes: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
