Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The External Consultants/Field Supervisors will coordinate and supervise all field activities within assigned locations, manage stakeholder engagement, ensure quality assurance of field data, supervise logistics and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security arrangements, and provide daily operational reporting to the Overall Project Coordinator.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in field research, labour market assessments, livelihoods studies, TVET assessments, or socio-economic surveys. Proven experience coordinating field teams and data collection exercises.
Educational Background:
Relevant academic and professional certificates are required.
Experience:
Strong experience conducting or supervising Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), household/business surveys, and market assessments. Previous experience working in humanitarian or conflict-affected settings is essential.
Languages:
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
