Job Overview: Talentsquare’s Talent Access & Deployment practice is the engine of our recruitment and workforce deployment work. We need a Talent Delivery Analyst to execute end‑to‑end delivery of mid‑level and senior placements, as well as Circuit node/pod deployments.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Talent Delivery (Recruitment): Interpret role briefs, source candidates, conduct initial screening interviews, coordinate client interviews, manage offer process, maintain candidate pipeline. 2. Circuit Deployment: Own deployment process for nodes and pods, match talent to client requirements, coordinate onboarding, track deployment success. 3. Quality & Experience: Ensure timely feedback to candidates, maintain CRM hygiene. 4. Collaboration: Daily check-ins with Operations Coordinator, escalate issues as necessary.
Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent delivery. Proficiency in Boolean/string search. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, Business, Psychology, or Social Sciences preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of recruitment or talent delivery experience.
Languages: English
