Job Overview:
African Naturalistas is into the manufacture and sales of Hair Products. We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-driven Wholesale Distribution Growth Executive to grow our wholesale and distributor sales across Nigeria.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Grow African Naturalistas’ wholesale and distributor sales across different regions and channels. Source and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, salons, beauty supply stores, and retail partners. Reactivate dormant distributors and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale customers. Use WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, phone calls, and physical visits to prospect and close new wholesale accounts. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of distributor leads and opportunities. Conduct physical market visits, salon visits, beauty store visits, and networking activities to grow distribution. Follow up consistently with prospects and distributors to encourage repeat orders and stronger sales volumes. Work closely with the operations and production teams to communicate distributor demand and inventory needs. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, active distributors, sales performance, and reorders. Recommend promotional ideas and distributor incentive strategies to improve sales performance. Represent African Naturalistas professionally at trade fairs, beauty events, activations, and networking opportunities when necessary. Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, distributor feedback, and customer trends to help improve business decisions. Ensure wholesale customers receive excellent support, fast communication, and proper issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:
2–5+ years experience in wholesale sales, distributor management, business development, FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or related industries. Proven ability to generate sales and acquire customers/distributors independently. Comfortable with both online prospecting and physical field sales. Strong confidence in speaking, negotiating, following up, and closing deals. Experience using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms for business development or sales outreach. Highly self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Organized and disciplined with follow-up and reporting. Willing to travel locally for distributor meetings and market visits when necessary. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Good people skills and friendly disposition.
