Job Description
Job Overview:
To lead financial planning, control, reporting, and risk management across the region, ensuring strong financial performance, compliance, and alignment with corporate strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial models; oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting; monitor production and operating costs; ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies; manage working capital; partner with plant managers and commercial teams; lead and develop regional finance teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; Professional certification required: ACA / ACCA / CIMA
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Experience:
Typically 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry, with prior experience in a senior finance or managerial role.
Additional Notes:
Strong financial modelling & analytical skills; deep knowledge of cost accounting; leadership & team management; business acumen; strong communication & stakeholder engagement.
