Job Overview: Duketek Limited is launching a large-scale customer acquisition drive for FCMB, recruiting 4,000 Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to onboard new-to-bank customers, ensure account funding, and drive transaction activation.
Duties and Responsibilities: Actively source and onboard new-to-bank customers for FCMB. Ensure each customer opens an account, deposits a minimum of ₦1,000, and completes at least 2 transactions within 30 days of opening. Meet and maintain a monthly target of 580 active, funded, transacting accounts. Educate customers on basic account usage and transaction requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer enrollments and follow up to ensure transaction completion. Adhere to all regulatory and bank KYC/CDD guidelines.
Required Qualifications: Experienced DSAs, field sales agents, or freelancers with a track record in banking account acquisition. Strong network and ability to reach 580 qualified accounts/month. Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined. Must have a smartphone and ability to work with digital onboarding tools. Available to start immediately.
