Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The COO is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and governance across the Finance Division, Compliance Division, and Corporate Services Division, focusing on operational excellence, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; a master’s degree (MBA or related discipline) is an added advantage; professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, CISA, CIBN, ICAN, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; a master’s degree (MBA or related discipline) is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 10–15 years’ relevant experience in finance, operations, compliance, or corporate management roles, with at least 5 years in senior executive leadership.
