Job Overview: SounDisruptr is Africa's leading music marketing agency and education platform helping independent artists grow, monetize, and build global careers. We are looking for a high-performance Digital Marketing Manager who understands both paid ads and sales pipelines, someone who can generate leads AND convert them.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Paid Ads: Run and manage ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google; Optimize for cost-per-lead, conversions, and daily performance; Build and manage funnels for SounDisruptr University services; Track analytics and improve performance weekly. 2. Lead Follow-Up & Sales Conversion: Respond to all inbound leads; Engage prospects and move them toward a call or sale; Follow up multiple times daily; Close sales for courses and marketing services; Maintain a CRM or tracking sheet for every lead. 3. Sales & Revenue Reporting: Submit daily KPI reports; Provide weekly revenue breakdown; Document CPL, conversion rate, number of meetings booked. 4. Social Media Execution Support: Coordinate content direction with the social media team; Ensure content aligns with ads and sales strategy. 5. Email & Funnel Support: Assist in creating follow-up emails and sales messages; Improve funnel flows to boost conversions.
Required Qualifications: 2-4 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or funnel-based sales; Experience running ads (Meta, TikTok, or Google); Strong communication and sales persuasion skills; Ability to manage leads aggressively and professionally; Strong understanding of funnels and customer journeys; Ability to work independently and operate with urgency; Excellent reporting discipline.
