Job Description
Job Overview:
The Managed Service NOC Supervisor will be responsible for managing relationships with functional stakeholders, monitoring key performance metrics, and supporting a culture of innovation, excellence & collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise Managed Service Desk and South-South network 24/7, lead detection and resolution of network issues, ensure timely response to network alerts, prepare and deliver reports, coordinate maintenance services, interface with customers, develop SOPs for incident management, supervise and mentor NOC staff, provide feedback to Head of GNOC, and undertake ad hoc activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Bsc or HND Engineering degree, at least 8+ years of relevant experience, technical proficiency in operation and maintenance, experience in submarine and DWDM transmission systems, strong analytical and communication skills, problem resolution skills, and proficiency in MS Office and related AI tools.

Educational Background:
Bsc or HND Engineering degree

Experience:
At least 8+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced NOC environment, preferably for a large ISP, ASP, web hosting facility, data center or telecommunications company.
