Job Description
Job Overview:
Our Client in a leading pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturing company in Calabar is seeking an experienced and result-driven Brand & Marketing Coordinator to lead brand growth, product positioning, and strategic marketing initiatives across its product portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company business objectives. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and growth opportunities. Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned products. Manage the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, including launch, growth, and market expansion. Coordinate product launches and go-to-market execution plans. Monitor product and campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve sales and market share targets. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, field, and traditional marketing channels. Collaborate with sales teams and medical representatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and market execution. Oversee the development of promotional and marketing materials in line with regulatory and ethical standards. Build and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors, and strategic partners. Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Production, and Sales teams to support business growth. Coordinate activities with external agencies including advertising, PR, branding, and market research firms. Track and analyze KPIs such as sales performance, ROI, market share, and brand awareness. Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management. Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal compliance policies.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, or related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Educational Background:
Minimum of 3–6 years proven experience in Brand Management, Marketing within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, industry is a must.

Experience:
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated success in managing product campaigns, launches, and brand growth initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
