Duties and Responsibilities:
The role involves prospecting new clients, building relationships, and understanding customer needs to provide tailored real estate solutions. You will conduct site visits, present and promote land options, negotiate contracts, and close sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer records, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on market trends to provide clients with the most suitable investment opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, with skills in relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively. Ability to analyze market trends and tailor recommendations to meet customer needs. Organizational and time management skills to ensure sales targets are met efficiently. Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software for managing customer data and sales processes. Passion for real estate and familiarity with the Abuja property market. Previous experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage. Valid driver’s license.
