Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and execute growth marketing strategies, analyze marketing performance, generate qualified leads, and develop creative, high-quality content to drive brand engagement. Leverage data insights for decision-making, implement innovative growth hacking techniques, and manage web analytics to optimize campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing and sales objectives.
Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking strategies, experience with Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics tools, expertise in Lead Generation and conversion optimization techniques, strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interpret data to develop actionable insights and strategies, experience in content creation and campaign management.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Must have 2-3 years history of growing social media pages aggressively, must be experienced in email marketing, must have at least 3 years of growth marketing experience.

Additional Notes: The role is fully on-site and our office is located at Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos. The qualified candidate would be offered a monthly net base remuneration of N150,000 with an additional performance bonus of up to N80,000.
