Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with schools, tutors, and exam organizations to promote and sell the CBT platform. Daily tasks include managing client communications, providing product training, developing and executing marketing strategies, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets. You will also provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in adopting the platform effectively.
Required Qualifications: Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interactions with current and prospective clients. Proven proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing to achieve targeted outcomes. Experience in Training and onboarding clients to ensure successful use of the platform. A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and drive lead generation and client engagement. Knowledge of education technology or previous experience in the education sector is a plus.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proficiency with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
