Duties and Responsibilities: As a Salesperson, you will engage with prospective clients, identify insurance needs, recommend appropriate products, and close sales to meet and exceed targets. Key tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, planning and executing sales strategies, and providing client support throughout the insurance claim process. You will also be expected to leverage market insights to identify new opportunities and assist in growing the company’s customer base.
Required Qualifications: Proven sales expertise and a results-driven mindset, proficiency in customer relationship management and client communication, ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, flexibility to excel in hybrid working environments, knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
Experience: Proven sales expertise and a results-driven mindset
Languages: Proficiency in English is required
