Job Description
Job Overview:
This is a full-time hybrid volunteer role for a Video Editor, based in Abuja, with flexibility for remote work. The Video Editor will handle the editing and production of video content to ensure high-quality outputs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include video editing, color grading, creating motion graphics, and collaborating with the team to craft compelling visual stories that align with the TEDxMaitama vision.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production techniques, Skills in Video Color Grading and enhancing visual aesthetics, Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics creation, Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, Creative mindset and a keen eye for visual storytelling, Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools, Ability to collaborate effectively with a team in a hybrid work environment, Prior experience in content creation or event-based video editing is an advantage.
