Duties and Responsibilities: The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting Henriken Consulting’s services. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives.
Required Qualifications: Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and colleagues. Proven track record in Sales with an understanding of customer relationship management and lead generation. Familiarity with Finance and Insurance concepts, as well as the ability to communicate value propositions in these areas. Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and a general aptitude for utilizing technology. Result-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
