Job Overview: This role exists to drive visibility, customer engagement, footfall, and revenue across different outlets under the 217 Hospitality Group portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities: Build and execute revenue-driven marketing campaigns, manage social media across all brands, develop content calendars and brand communication strategies, drive audience growth, engagement, and customer retention, coordinate influencer, PR, and media partnerships, oversee email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, ensure consistent brand positioning across all customer touchpoints, track analytics and campaign performance to improve commercial results.
Required Qualifications: Strong background in brand, marketing, communications, or hospitality marketing, excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, experience managing multiple brands simultaneously, strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and audience growth, ability to think commercially, not just creatively, someone who moves with urgency, structure, and ownership.

Experience: Bonus if you have hospitality, lifestyle, or food industry experience, experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools, strong understanding of Nigerian consumer behaviour.
