Job Overview:
SuyaBranch is a modern Lounge & Grill combining authentic Nigerian food, grills, nightlife energy, and technology-driven customer experiences. We are building a strong food and lifestyle brand with a growing focus on online ordering, digital engagement, and delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and post engaging daily content for Instagram and TikTok, shoot and edit short-form videos and reels, manage stories, comments, DMs, and community engagement, create content around food, grills, nightlife, drinks, customers, and behind-the-scenes moments, promote offers, events, delivery, and online ordering, work with the operations team to capture real moments in-store, help increase online orders and customer engagement, identify trends and adapt them creatively for the SuyaBranch brand, collaborate with influencers and content creators where necessary, monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content, good phone videography and editing skills, ability to create natural, engaging, and trend-aware content, strong communication and responsiveness, someone proactive, creative, and consistent, ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant/lounge environment, experience growing social media pages or creating viral content is a plus.
Additional Notes:
Bonus Points If You have experience with food, nightlife, or hospitality brands, understand online customer conversion and digital sales, can use CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar tools, have experience running basic Meta or TikTok ads. Success Metrics include content consistency and quality, growth in engagement and followers, increase in online orders and customer activity, reach and visibility of SuyaBranch online, customer interaction and community engagement. Compensation includes a competitive salary with performance-based incentives tied to growth and online sales.
