Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chinese Translator for a full-time, on-site position based in Nasarawa. The Translator will aid in real-time interpretation during meetings, events, and communications with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Real-time interpretation during meetings, proofreading translated materials, collaborating with various teams to bridge language gaps effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Chinese and English, strong translation and interpretation skills, attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with mining, metals, or energy industries is a plus.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Experience in translation and interpretation, particularly in a professional setting.
Languages:
Proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
