Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and source potential leads, research and prequalify leads to ensure they meet our criteria, build initial relationships with prospective clients, maintain consistent communication with potential leads, analyze market trends to identify new lead opportunities, collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads, track and report on lead generation metrics, communicate with senior decision-makers to gather insights.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in the sales industry or lead generation, understanding of financial services is a plus, understanding of international markets is a plus, CRM experience is preferred, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, excellent comprehension and communication skills, ability to work independently after training, strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others.

Additional Notes: This is an on-site role based in our Lagos office, located on the Mainland, Ikeja (opposite 7up). Compensation includes a basic salary of 100 GBP (180-200k Naira) and monthly commissions that can be as high as 500k to 1M Naira if leads convert to deals.
