Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Home Care Services across the UAE.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for home care services across the UAE; Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, corporates, and other referral partners; Drive client acquisition and achieve revenue targets; Develop and execute strategic sales plans and partnerships; Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities; Coordinate with internal clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery; Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of business development/sales experience in the UAE healthcare market (Mandatory); Strong understanding of home healthcare services and local healthcare ecosystem; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; Established network within hospitals, clinics, or insurance/TPA sector is a strong advantage; Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory); Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of business development/sales experience in the UAE healthcare market (Mandatory).
Languages: Arabic speaking (added advantage)
Additional Notes: Experience working with home care providers, telehealth, or healthcare service companies.
