Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Caregiver Nanny will be responsible for providing attentive childcare, including supervising daily activities, engaging in educational play, and ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of children. Duties also include organizing age-appropriate activities, maintaining a structured daily routine, and collaborating with family members to support the child’s growth and development.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in Babysitting and Childcare to provide attentive and responsible care; Knowledge of Early Childhood Development to support learning, growth, and developmental milestones; Strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust and rapport with children and families; Ability to conduct Research for identifying and implementing age-appropriate activities and educational resources; Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills; Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Educational Background:
High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in childcare are a plus.
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Having knowledgeable understanding of caring with a child with autism is a plus.
