Job Overview:
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Representative to lead sponsorship acquisition and corporate partnership outreach for an event hosted by an NGO.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and approach companies, brands, foundations, and potential sponsors; Pitch sponsorship packages and communicate partnership value effectively; Build relationships with executives, business owners, and key decision-makers; Drive outreach through calls, emails, meetings, networking, and follow-ups; Represent the event and foundation professionally in all engagements; Manage sponsorship pipelines, negotiations, and conversion tracking; Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful sponsor onboarding and engagement.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in sales, sponsorship acquisition, business development, or partnerships; Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; Confidence engaging corporate organizations and senior executives; Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver results within short timelines; Strong understanding of corporate partnerships and stakeholder engagement; Passion for social impact and community-focused initiatives; Must be based in Lagos and available for the one-month contract period.
