Direct Sales Agent

Job Overview:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent, based in Abuja with some opportunities for remote work. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients to promote and sell products or services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, and educating clients about the company’s offerings. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records and collaborating with the team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients. Customer service experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Basic understanding of financial concepts to assist clients with informed decisions. Results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with the Abuja market and relevant industry trends is an advantage.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Business, Marketing, or Customer Service is an added benefit.

Experience:
Customer service experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Languages:
Proficiency in English is implied.
