Class Teacher

Job Overview:
We are looking for exceptional, forward-thinking teachers to join our dynamic team for the 2026/2027 academic session. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive, active learning environment, delivering our blended curriculum, and shaping the foundational success of our pupils.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. Develop schemes of work and assessments that are in accordance with established school procedures. Instruct and monitor pupils, actively using relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction. Manage classroom behavior by establishing clear objectives and enforcing school rules and disciplinary systems. Observe, evaluate, and provide appropriate feedback on pupil performance, encouraging individual progress. Maintain accurate and complete records of pupils' progress, updating them as required by school policies and regulations. Prepare the classroom for learning activities and provide a variety of educational resources. Communicate regularly with pupils, colleagues, and parents regarding pupil progress and needs. Participate actively in department, school, inter-location, and parent meetings.

Required Qualifications:
Education: N.C.E. / B.ED / P.G.D.E. / or M.ED. Experience: 1 to 10 years of teaching experience, preferably within a Nursery or Primary school setting. Technical Skills: Strong ability to use technology as an effective tool for teaching and classroom management. Diction: Good spoken english.

Educational Background:
N.C.E. / B.ED / P.G.D.E. / or M.ED.

Experience:
1 to 10 years of teaching experience, preferably within a Nursery or Primary school setting.

Languages:
Good spoken English
