Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and growth-oriented individual to work directly with the CEO as a Marketing Manager & Executive Assistant. This role is a blend of marketing execution, strategic support, and operational assistance, offering a rare opportunity to learn how a company is built from the inside.
Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing activities across digital channels, manage content calendars, coordinate campaigns, track marketing performance, work with designers and vendors, manage daily priorities for the CEO, take notes during meetings, prepare documents and presentations, shadow the CEO in strategic discussions, research markets and competitors, suggest improvements, organize internal workflows, support recruitment and onboarding, assist with planning events and meetings.
Required Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills, good written and verbal communication skills, basic understanding of marketing principles, ability to take initiative, comfortable working with leadership, strong attention to detail, tech-savvy.
Educational Background: Background in marketing, communications, business, or related fields is preferred.
Experience: Experience with social media management or content creation is a nice-to-have.
Languages: English proficiency is expected.
Additional Notes: This role offers direct mentorship from the CEO and exposure to business strategy, marketing leadership, and operations. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into senior marketing or operations roles over time.
