The organization provides vetted tutors, scheduling, replacement systems, and program management for diverse activities, including coding, chess, AI literacy, arts, music, French, public speaking, sports, and cultural education.
Duties and Responsibilities: Onboard verified enrichment educators across various subjects including Coding, Chess, Robotics, AI Literacy, French & Phonics, Public Speaking, Music & Dance, Fine Arts, Sports & Taekwondo, and Creative Education. Manage group sessions, clubs, workshops or extracurricular programs.
Required Qualifications: Strong communication and classroom engagement skills, ability to teach or facilitate practical enrichment activities, experience in at least one enrichment category, professional and reliable working style, comfortable in structured school environments, passion for child development and creativity.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, certification or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience: Prior teaching, coaching, facilitation or training experience is highly preferred.
Languages: English
