Job Overview:
The Land Acquisition and Management Officer will support the identification, assessment, acquisition, documentation, and management of landed properties suitable for the Company’s real estate and agricultural development projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify suitable lands for acquisition, conduct preliminary land assessments, assist in negotiations, support due diligence, assess soil quality and environmental suitability, maintain land records, ensure compliance with regulations, engage with stakeholders, monitor acquired lands, prepare reports.
Required Qualifications:
B.Sc./HND in Agricultural Science, Forestry, Agricultural Economics, Organic Farm Management, or any related discipline.
Educational Background:
B.Sc./HND in relevant fields.

Additional Notes:
Basic knowledge of land laws and acquisition processes is an added advantage.
