Job Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the manufacturing industry.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, build and manage a high-performing sales team, identify new business opportunities, secure contracts, monitor market trends, set sales targets, conduct field visits, prepare sales forecasts and reports, collaborate with marketing and operations, drive customer acquisition and retention, ensure execution of sales strategies.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years proven sales experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Languages: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
